Refund Policy

shortpix delivers digital content that starts being produced as soon as you use your plan. For that reason we do not offer refunds on subscriptions or credit packs, whether used or unused, except where a refund is required by law. Every price and what it includes is shown clearly before you pay.

You are never stuck with a broken result. If a video fails to generate, or a delivered video has a defect caused by a technical error on our side, email contact@shortpix.on.crisp.email and we make it right: we fix it, or compensate you with service credits or extended access. A human reads every message within 24 hours.

Unhappy for any other reason? Just write to us: a human answers within 24 hours and we will find a fair outcome together. Goodwill refunds may be granted at our sole discretion; accounts refunded this way may be closed to prevent abuse.

Cancel anytime from the billing portal, no email needed. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access and your remaining videos until the end of the period you already paid for, and unused premium credits stay on your account.
